At Twinkly, we want your home to shine perfectly, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Twinkly products in their original boxes, ensuring all controllers, cables, and power supplies are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
